Orlando Townhouses are situated 500 metres north of Movieworld and Wet’n’Wild water park. These theme parks employ over 2,500 people. We are directly opposite a childcare centre, hairdressers, convenience store and bottleshop and next door to a medical specialists centre which includes doctors, dentists, radiologists and a 7 day pharmacy. Everything is within easy walking distance, even the post office, Woolworths Supermarket and Oxenford Primary School. Five minutes north are three private and two state schools. The total number of students at these schools is 4,925 and rising daily.
